To make the most of your self-reflection:

 

1. Create some space for yourself to answer these questions

2. If possible, sit outside in Nature. 

3. Respond honestly with Rarely / Sometimes / Often

Question 1

I feel emotionally drained, flat and cynical. Exhausted — even after resting, I’m just getting through the day.

Question 2

 I keep pushing forward, doing and achieving... but deep down, I feel lost, unfulfilled and off-track.

Question 3

I am disconnected from myself and the people I love. Relationships feel strained, disconnected, or repetitive — stuck in a loop - I feel lonely. 

Question 4

There are experiences, emotions, and memories I tend to avoid — perhaps because they feel too overwhelming, confusing, or painful to name.

I’ve been using (one or more) alcohol, drugs, food, screens, gambling and sex to feel better, numb out, escape or get through.
